How fast can you get someone here?
Most metro addresses get same-day service if you book before 2pm local time. Evening and emergency slots are available; same-day is not guaranteed but happens about 80% of the time.
Do I pay before the work starts?
No. You only pay once the job is done and you've confirmed everything works. The only exception is large parts orders over $400, which may require a 25% parts deposit.
Are your technicians background-checked?
Yes. Every Geek for Home tech passes a national background check, drug screen, and identity verification before being dispatched. They arrive in uniform with a Geek for Home photo ID badge.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't complete a repair and haven't installed any parts, the visit is free. If parts have been installed but the device still isn't working, you only pay for parts and we waive the labor.
Do you service businesses?
Absolutely. We have business contracts ranging from on-call repair to full managed-IT support for small offices. Net-15 invoicing is available with credit approval. Email business@geekforhome.online for a tailored quote.
Is the diagnostic fee really waived if I book the repair?
Yes — if you authorize the recommended repair on the same visit, the diagnostic fee is rolled into the repair price and you don't pay it separately.
